I would think this a great idea, if the US did not have their small office of global corruption, the National Endowment for Democracy. That is a CIA run non-profit that donates millions to countries to skew elections. The CIA had to stop giving the money directly, so they established this to look good. Now, it isn't the government skewing elections, it is some random non-profit.
