The trouble with Chicago is that I had far far too much fun in it, and am sick now that I've got back home to LA as a result of too many fun things. Chicago exceeded all expectations for fun.
financial stability is the best bet. then you can build up whatever monies etc, and plan everything out for like a years worth, then move back! and maybe i'll be living in illinois or ohio by then and we can go shopping and hang out for like a weekend and buy sweet fabulous things together!
Well, independence always is our primary goal in life, but I think we have to have the guts to get to this stage by ourselves, especially in a different city. (Ok, I don't think my comment was much of a help, but oh well. )
