For those of you guys interested in online poker:
PokerChamps.com
This a site endorsed by Gus Hansen.
Anyone who has watched the WSOP, or WPT, knows who Gus is. He is a pretty damn good player.
Now, he isn't just another endorser, he is a player. He frequently plays online, even at the cheap games, but alas, I have never played him.
Anyways, if you are a poker player, or if you a) want to learn or b) want to mess around with the change from your last pack of cigs, then go ahead and sign up.
There are daily freerolls. The freerolls are simple. You sign up for a username and password, and you can enter into tournements for free.
Now, these tourneys don't pay out much, but you do get some experience. Hell, my first one I placed 13th out of something like 500 entries.
Unfourtunately, it only paid me $0.75, lol.
If you click on that banner, and decide to sign up, you will then become an affiliate of mine. All that means is that should you ever decide to play for real money, whatever "points" you make from playing in hands or tourneys, they become my points as well.
Sounds like a pyramid scam right?
Pryamid? Yes. Scam? No.
I am all for signing up affilates, but I am even more in favor of helping my affiliates signup new players.
Check out the site if you're interested.
They have cash games which range from pennies (2cent/4cent tables) all the way up to the big time ($100/$200 tables.
I've been playing the $0.25/$0.50 tables. I normally play $0.50/$1 live cash games, so I'm starting small.
Wow, this was a long boring post to anyone not interested in poker.
Anyways, if anyone is interested, or if anyone knows of live games in the PGH area, let me know.
peace,
p-skank
Tonights Winnings: $15
Overall: Even, lol
p.s. If it asks you to enter an affiliate code, I'd be really appreciative if you put in ELBIGHYT
