Ok ok, so I never posted a picture of my new haircut. Sorry! Instead I sat around all weekend and then went mountain biking this afternoon. I'm so fucking hardcore.
So I ran into my ex last night, kind of unexpectedly. (Brief history: we were together for 6 years, lived together for 4 of those years, were engaged for two of those years, broke up a year ago.) So anyway, I had heard that he had a new girlfriend, and my friends had tried to tell me she was 1) weird 2) ugly 3) fat. So to my surprise, when I met her last night she was totally cool and not fat/ugly/weird. Very friendly in fact. So I tried to be all normal and friendly and happy even though i was completely fucking thrown off by seeing him and his new girl. After I drove away I was kinda freaked, a little teary, and just generally weirded out. Ah, life is such.
Anyway, I hope all my pals out in SG land are getting along just fine, and I hope you all had a good weekend devoid of strange encounters with your ex.
Time to study.

that can be rough - running ino an ex and their current squeeze - but it sounds like you handled it really well. all you can do is be mature - what more can anyone ask of you right?
