it's good to be home.
detroit is a very wierd place. its no wonder there is so much good music from there, there is bugger all else to do. No shops downtown!! how can it even be 'downtown' without shops? wierd.

.detroit on wednesday! i am reading a book called "white stripes and the mutant blues". its more about the whole detroit music scene really and now i can't wait. i'm gonna have to make a detroit playlist for the ipod...white stripes, soledad brothers, detroit cobras, the von bondies. i hate repair men as well. only the ugly ones though. however hot repair men are a bit of a myth. i've seen one in my almost 19 years of life. when do you guys go to detroit? and 30, your younger than my sister!!! 30 is nothing when you turn 40 in 4 years! haha.

Soundgarden rule. And you take time off to sit in for repair men and they always come in the afternoon instead of the morning. Like people have nothing better to do with their time. Ok. Wel.. I don't admittedly, BUT i'm sure other people work full time and stuff. I hope you have fun in Detroit .

well, my mummy says i'm special, so raspberry blows to you! haha. i just need to stop putting cds on repeat. brian eno now for the 15th or so time.
i need some new favourite suicide girls. i'm bored of two out of my five. the criteria is; preferably dark haired, the ability to write an entertaining journal and being prepared to get it all out (boobs only is just too vanilla).

my ladies birthday was cool. we went out but then stupidly invited loads of people back to ours which i regreted almost straight away. too many drunk people doin my head in!!

As for Turbonegro they call themselves a "death punk" band ... think Guns N' Roses, the Misfits, and the Villiage People. All thrown in a blender and mixed up, but it comes out really cool.
