2 cups of flour (I use rice flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
250g margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 egges
1 tsp of vanilla flavouring (i use heaps more than that!)
1 1/2 cups of Corn Flakes
Preheat oven to 180 degrees ( I dont know what that is in farenheit). Sift flour and baking powder together until light & fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add sifted dry ingrediants and mix and then fold through the corn flakes. Drop by tablespoon onto baking tray. Bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees) for about 10 mintues or until lightly browned.
ps they dont really spread when baking so you can put alot on a tray
