Ummm.... How's this Mr. President?



(edit~ as you can see now the weather has been making a liar out of me biggrin)

Yup it's still hot... I guess that I'm just going to have to sit around and wait for the next ice age. I'm sure that its just around the next corner. In reality I think that the world is about to melt, I see no end to this heat for at least the next couple of months. Right now I'm ready to pack up all my shit and head up north for the summer. I'd concider the arctic circle but I'm just too arraid that everything up there will be melted by the time I get there. It's been so hot I think that even with the adjustmetns I've made to my AC usage my bill will still be in excess of $150 again this month. I've adjusted my thermostat so that it keeps the place a nice cool 90, and that's anywhere from 20 - 30 degrees cooler then it is outside for the majority of the day. As you can see from the chart above its still cooling off from the day before at 7 in the morning, and by the time 9 rolls around it's well on its way into the triple didgits.

I'm moving to the arctic who's with me??? eeek

Well I had something really long winded and witty to say about global warming, oil company profits and suppressed policy and technology, but somehow the diatribe was erased when the page decided to time out on me. Funny how that only ever happens when I'm right about to add a comment. Oh well, I can remember most of it and I was just going to hijack it from here to my journal anyways (I need to update it). Don't crawl out from under that rock just yet (the coast isn't clear yet). biggrin
