Last night we had one of the most spectacular displays of raw natural power. This had to be the biggest lightning storm I have ever seen, it encompased most of the Mohave area extending up past where I'm at all the way to Bishop! All of the desert region recieved a pounding last night, and we were smack dab in the middle of this mastrom. When I got up the air reaked of burnt ozone and the lightning strikes were all around me, I think that one actually hit a junction box next to the apartment because there was no delay between the lightning and the thunder... and we're due for another round of the same tonight!

FREAKY SCARY STUFF!!!

It might be better to just keep the ugly little things... although, swimming faster does make it sound tempting.
