Been swimming. It's nice on the joints I went for a 3 mile walk today. It's been 2 1/2 months since I was able to do that

It's rheumatoid arthritis...crazy and I was devestated for a minute. But the disease will get bad if I stop moving. So on ward I push. I'm going to start swimming because that is a weightless excercise for my joints and I'm enrolling in a tai chi class. I've lost 12 lbs in a week (that's to much to fast but I guess its normal for...
