Personal responsibility. Two reasonably minute words. Why does no one in my household have it? I am in the process of selling some cakes with Ekka. All of a sudden, any mess in the kitchen is mine. Regardless of whether it's baking supplies or meat, or remnants of someone's lunch that they didn't throw away for some reason unknown to me.
My dad is better as far as material possessions go, but really, is it so hard to admit that maybe your wife doesn't love you anymore for reasons beyond your control? This may not sound like personal responsibility immediately, but it falls into that domain when it is all you ever talk about to your daughters, who, contrary to your misinformed belief, do not need to fucking hear about it anymore.
Personal responsibility. It is all I've ever heard about for my entire life. From the time it was "Clean up your toys" until it has been "Write your papers", everyone is willing to talk. But who is willing to act?
