Yay I'm so excited to get health insurance!!
It's going to save me a ton on money, and I've been meaning to get around to signing up for awhile. I just hate making an investment like that. It's something I'm so bad at taking for granted, and I don't want to pay for it. U of C forcing me into a group plan was the kick in the ass I needed, or the ultimate justification for my laziness.
I have to download, fill out and deliver a form to cancel my coverage. I realized that was never going to happen so I looked up what benefits I would have and it's just the plan I needed.
I'm so sick of hearing all this debate about universal health care in the states. If their system becomes anything like ours then republicans have nothing to worry about: the poor will still be suffering from ill health.
