Time to wash away the old... but do we ever really wash it away? Is it even posiable? I think we can hide from it, cast it out, disassemble it, pack it away as if they are old photos sealed behind the wall of your childhood home. There are other people now sleeping in your bedroom unaware of the memorys that have taken place. This place you still carry in your heart, and can only arise in haunted dreams. Do you know what this is? It can be so compelling yet so repulsive... A crack in the side of a wall where a fern has now taken root. Can we rip this plant from it's home? Should we mix up concrete, do a little patchwork and stand back gazing at it with glasses eyes and truly say it looks good. Time can only tell... yes, but can it bring a new smile back from the grave. I belive we are all changed forever from these explosions. Time can not be changed only created.
ps. When I was a kid I would ask my mom how to spell things..so she would tell me to look it up in the dictionary. Then I would say how am I to look it up in the dictioary if I can't spell it. So she would tell me sound it out.
