Kayaking in Cyprus - Day Three: Travelled from Dhekelia Sailing Club to Larnaca Fort over 10km of the coast line this morning. Tan lines around my neck and arms (was wearing a tshirt) are obvious, radiculous looking and halarious! Good Man test on the arms, back and torso but a great day had playing dodge ball in a Sea Kayak!!!!

I need to find a good psychiatrist.

The amount of fucked up shit running through my head is going to drive me over the edge. I need some help to lay it all out and understand it.

Found a Rock club in Nicosia tonight, went with a few mates and listened to some awesome heavy tunes!!!! Brings back memories of the Cockpit in Leeds. Got free shots from the Bar men all night and had an awesome night, Pity it had to end so early.

Aww well leaves me wanting more!
