Thought I had my sleep pattern sorted but I still cant sleep. Had difficulty the other night with sleep because of my ankle hurting after a run earlier that day... however, that was quickly fixed with a double dose of Tramadol... then today I had the comedown.... so nice to have a headache and leg pain together....

Well this week is busy. Travelling around Cyprus doing a Rock Climbing Course! Last minute course grabbed and I didnt have to pay a penny.
Went to Jamieson's Rock in the South West of the Island today and did Oceanis, Tarantoulla, Parthena and a few others. Raced up Parthena and got the fastest student time of 58...

Kayaking in Cyprus - Day Four: Capsize Drills all day with new strokes and tows and rescues thrown in too. Really a practice of all we have been doing through the week. Nice relaxed day. Very hot 48 degC in the sun and 35 in the shade!!!! Tan lines are coming on nicely lol!

Kayaking in Cyprus - Day Three: Travelled from Dhekelia Sailing Club to Larnaca Fort over 10km of the coast line this morning. Tan lines around my neck and arms (was wearing a tshirt) are obvious, radiculous looking and halarious! Good Man test on the arms, back and torso but a great day had playing dodge ball in a Sea Kayak!!!!
