So when I went to the gym the other day, I’ve been challenged to eat 1,650 calories a day if I exercise 1-3 days a week. I thought it be easy but it’s actually so hard finding good food that will fill me up that’s not a million calories! But I am going to the gym tonight as well so I can burn some of them off so I can have a massive dinner! Anyone tell me what’s healthy and good to eat? Mostly protein... I eat a lot of carbohydrates :( I just love them! But let me know what’s good to eat please or any recipes? 😌
Thank you!

If you’re able to cook for yourself stay off prepared foods and shop for wholesomeness. Stunting down to 1600 calories and sustaining it without a huge energy trapdoor is a daunting task. I live with a family has 2 diabetics, 1 keto, and 2 trying to shed some “winter weight” *well, ok 3 counting me haha* so we're all using phone apps that help keep track of stuf like calories, protein, fats, sodium and sugars in fresh foods. Try one and see what might fit best in your lifestyle. And cheers to your effort !!!

That’s what my personal trainer gave to me! I am finding it hard having that amount as god knows how many calories I was eating before I wasn’t tracking them 😩 but yeah I’ve got a couple of the apps. Thank you! @robertbluesman
