So Cape Town was cool. Its weird being back in Jo'burg, its like being in a different country. One where everyone is scared of everyone else and never walks on the streets. I was vividly reminded of this when, being the last to go to bed last night, I had to close and lock the security gate.
Not the one outside, the one which blocks the hallway to the bedrooms from the rest of the house, inside.
Like some kind of Jody Foster/Panic Room set-up, very strange.
Then there are al the bars and grills on every window. wierdness my friends.
Now it is back to the UK again, with all its crappy rain and stuff.
But first I am going to maybe the best restaraunt in the world. yes, in the world.
Its called "The Butchers Shop" and its awesome, its awesomeness is hard to explain, but impossible to deny so you'll just have to believe me OK. good.
Then in the morning I wake up in Africa for the last time and fly home.
Im actually looking forward to the flying part, mainly because I got a fancy-ass ticket which means Im allowed in that fancy-ass business departure loungue, the one with all the free food and drink and dancing girls. So Im actually going to get there early just so I can take advantage of the free stuff and complain when I find out there are no dancing girls.
Im also, very much indeed, looking forward to being back in a country that has decent interwebnets access for a change. Argh, its been driving me just crazy crazy crazy having crappy web connections.
Er, thats it really.
This made me happy and sad at the same time, but either way its awesome, thats what Im going to do too.
