I'll admit it. I eat frozen food once in a bloo moon, but I buy it with the express intention of saving it for busy nights. As in, not gonna eat unless it takes two minutes to heat kinda nights. And even still, I try to be discerning - none of that alfredo creamed lard crap. One of my favorite brands is Green Guru, and I'm going to shout their name from the rooftops after momentarily cheating with another brand.
Everybody: avoid this disgusting, plastic excuse for food at all costs!
Seriously. I'm not the type to write "your product sucks" letters, but I was so moved as I played with my brown mush that I started composing one almost immediately. I LOVE Indian cuisine. Obviously, you know this. I've had decent frozen versions of it before, so I know it can be done. But Jesus, how on earth do you make cheese that literally squeaks in someone's teeth?! And yellow brown rice? Interesting...

I do like to try new recipes, but only when I'm in the mood, which isn't as often as I like.
I always fantasize to my friend Mike that if I ever win the lottery I'm hiring a live in masseuse/greens chef. I love vegetables, but I hate cleaning, cutting & cooking them. I guess I'm going to need to start buying lottery tickets for this to happen though.
Hope you're having a great weekend!
p.s. I like to sniff old books too.
And yes, I am that type of person -- however I am exceptionally kind to my books (once I have read a book, one can hardly tell it has ever been opened), so for the longest time I would put a bookmark on each spot, rather than underlining/highlighting. So I have a lot of books fat with a lot of bookmarks. Now that I have found a highlighter that does not bleed through the pages, I use it.
