So my dinner on Friday turned out ok....I decided to make bass instead of the chicken....If anyone ever uses pastry dough make sure that it is as cold as you can get it so it flakes perfectly....mine kinda turned out like pie crust but that's ok. Sat night bartending was fun....I only did it for a few hours though and to tell you the truth I don't know how bartenders do it. Do you know how many times people would buy drinks for me and make me take shots?! I felt really guilty because after a few shots I had to cheat and spit some alcohol back into my glass there was no way I was going to get all sloshy on the other side of the bar....can you say coyote ugly anyone? It was a beautiful night in the city though because it was about 60, no wind, and the moon was out. Yesterday was beautiful too....went swimming and got a tan.......I LOVE SUNSHINE! Today I am supposed to be working on my portfolio but as always I am procrastinating....I feel like I should be doing it outside because it is so lovely....

the weather has been real nice here in portland as well. i actually got a little bit of a tan this weekend, pretty exciting stuff. i have a friend who also is a bartender and has that problem although i think she can drink most people under the table. but then again she has been doing it for so long that that makes sense. sweet dreams.
