I wouldn't say I was a huge fan, but I'm going to miss him anyway. Now I need to go tell my kids...not sure I can right now.

He died doing what he wanted to do, I guess. Better than moldering away in some rest-home somewhere -- which is how most of us will end up.
Still, it is unfortunate...
