Ha, I am back. OK, I've been back for a few days now, but I've been sleepy and stuff, so yeah.
Mexico was fun. Extremely tiring, but fun. I'm still exhausted from it.
Wow. What a poor, but extremely cultural country. I didn't see the touristy-watered-down-for-white-people parts of the country, but the real part that normal citizens see. It's very sad there, but beautiful too. I loved the Pyramids, though it was a bitch to walk up.
Being there made me extremely angry with the Catholic Church. They have idols and images and frames and what-have-you made out of pure gold (as I was bragged to by my friend's mother) and yet the don't dole any of it out and help their own people, their own followers. The Goverment is one big shithole as well. All these rich politians who don't give a shit about their country or people, run for office and just fuck things up worse. They should be helping. There are people who genuinely need it there, but don't get any fucking help from anyone, Government, religion, or other. It pissed me off.
I got stared at alot while I was there. Probably because I was the first white person they'd seen in forever (at the place where my boyfriend's family live, not at the Zocalo). I don't think the citizens (not his family) liked that one of their own dating a whitey. Or the fact that I was there to begin with. Whatever, fuck em.
It doesn't sound like I had fun, but really, I did.
Anyway, I'm back now.
I have another sister now. My dad's wife had a baby girl named Grace Sarah. I think Sarah Grace would have been better, but whatever. She was supposed to be born August 21, but was born hella early instead. She's having a hard time breathing (she keeps forgetting too), so the hospital is keeping her there until her brain develops more and she able to do it on her own. She's 5lbs and 18 inches. Apparently, she has black hair (like my dad's... mine is brown, well, brownish now as it's still recovering from when I dyed it red, but I digress) and long arms and legs (as long as they can be, for a baby). I don't know how i'm going to connect with her as i'm 19 years her senior, but I'll figure it out.

A REALLY bad picture of us at the Pyramids looking fat and like tourists. I'm the one with the huge jacket and umbrella because I burn something awful and it was friggin sunny and hot there (you can't see my face, which is probably a good thing). I kept getting nauseaous (however you spell it) but sitting at the top of the Pyramid del sol made me feel better for some reason. Altitude, maybe.

I am feeling better, not worse, thanx! That picture is awesome. Congrats on the new addition to the family! Crap, well I have to get going. The wife has some family in town, and I have to go pretend I want to see them for a few hours. You should post more pictures 'eh.
