I finally got time to sit down and process some of the photos from my game cameras. These are all pre and early rut, up to this past week.





















This last one, I've dubbed the white-tailed ghost.

He's got nine main points, three small points, and judging by the spread, he's pushing ten or twelve years old. I haven't seen this guy since September. At that point, he was still in velvet, and I was seeing him two or three times a week. After that, nothing. I figure he got hit by a truck or taken by someone during archery season. He's apparently still out there, still disappearing into the trees. Still teasing me.
