I believe it is illegal.... unless you had a permanent injury caused on the job in which you can no longer perform said job. But then they should provide you with some compensation of some sort. Or there is a previous binding contract about Worker's Comp and amount of time off and you will have surpassed it in a month. But your employer's are real assholes if they can't wait that extra month, I mean, they still have to pay for medical bills.

Hay all I'm back. Surgery on my wrist went ok. Doc found and repaired a f***ed up tendon. I went for one cast right into another cast today. I had a whole 5 minutes in between yeaaa. Still no right hand for a couple more weeks. What to do.

the first week really sucked. i could not even move my fingers due to the pain. but now it's getting better and the good drugs sure hepl out. 
Scope surgery Tuesday on my wrist and I'm scared shitless

Theres still just a light coating here, I'm actually kinda jealous.
Mister mom... I love my baby girl, she's my life and i would do and/or give anything for her. But sometimes i feel like slamming my head into the wall. Thankfully my wife comes home every night and I get a break. Only problem is the wife is going out of town for 3 long days leaving my to fend for myself... HELP..
