I just got over my sinus infection recently. Sucks big time. And the antibiotics the doctor gave me plays hell on my prostate and I can't pee! 10 days of sitting on the toilet for 10 mintes at a time to pee! Glad that's over with.

It's likely just water retention. You may need to do a bit more cardio. I find when i just lift w/o much cardio i can gain 5-6 pounds in just a couple of days, then when i do pick back up on the cardio i lose it about as quick.
Consistency is the key, just keep at it and try not to get discouraged and give up. That's my 2 cents anyway.

Last time i tried to wait it out i ended up losing it right there, best bet is to go to the lou at the first sign of nausea but i guess it's too late now. How'd it go?
