Doing much much better thank you. I've just had a couple of bad months of Acid Reflux (my best guess), and trying to find out why or make certain it was not a sign of something more serious. General medical concensus seems to be, "Oh well, you seem OK now, so move along...$120.00 at the front desk please." 
If you like the idea of a graphic film noir, and can enjoy your bloody action with an artistic touch, go see Sin City as soon as possible. It rocked my man boobs off.

Ah well. First night (and probably last) DJing didn't go that badly. I had a good time and everyone else seemed to. Didn't get many people out on the dancefloor, but I probably played too much new or unfamiliar music.
Tomorrow night I get a shot at DJing for a local gothic event, Temple. The first temptation was to play things people do not normally hear out, or ever, but I am amazed to see how much my sets are starting to look like a typical gothic night out. Back to the drawing board...Or mixing board.

Just saw Haute Tension last night. What a great gore horror film! I cannot recommend this highly enough. Bloody, shocking, pure horror, no supernatural shit, just a big bad mother fucker (heh) with a razor blade and a wicked power tool for backup.

Thanks for your wishes for my rat Spider. We had to put her down the night before last. There was nothing more we could do for her. I feel horrible that I she went through four more days of gasping for air, as well as forcing her medication and food in the hopes that she'd recover, but to no good result.
