My new roommate moves in tomorrow, and the more we've talked, the more I think we'll get along (which is pretty much a first for me seeing how most of the people I've lived with have hated everything I enjoy).
Although, having essentially found a complete stranger for my roommate, I kind of wish she wasn't so... cute...
My old roommate just sent me a check for a sizable portion of the back rent she owes, which has really helped to eliminate all of the money concerns I've been having for the past 5 fucking months (it also helps to have a new roommate who hasn't been fighting me about what she will/will not pay for).
So all in all, this is a great improvement over what my life has been for the majority of this year.
With that, I believe @dmaggot has challenged me, and many others, to a Nerf war, and I must take my war photo to show that I too am prepared to fight this thing to the very end.
