started the new job today. i fucking love it. it's prganized and clean. resposible staff and out of this world menu. now all i have to do is learn the menu and times will be good. i work thru until saturday which make me happy. i did'nt have any tables tonight but i might have a few tomorrow. today i just shadowed and took notes. i fell good inside.


also i've been whatching episodes of HELL'S KITCHEN all day. that show is motivating.

i am tired so it's off to bed for this tiny SG.
