It feels like a hybrid between chat rooms and group threads like we have here on SG. Topics within someone's server are divided into their own channels - so like one channel for selfies, one for food discussion, one for music, one for mental health, etc. - and you can click on any channel and comment away and reply to other people. There are voice and video chat options too. And the server owner can stream stuff so that we can eventually have movie nights. And so on.
My goodness. That is unusual and also impressive. I stopped using chopsticks the day I went to a restaurant with a Chinese friend who used a fork. He explained that he can certainly use chopsticks and immediately demonstrated quite a remarkable level of skill but went on to say that forks are just better and there is no stigma attachedΒ to using them in his culture. Since then, I've left chopsticks for all of my European friends to use at such times but I never bother. BTW, I seriously suck with the things. Just can't master the skill at all. The bottom of the heap. Pathetic. Like having four left feet. A paragon of ineptitude. The dexterity of a newborn. I also tend to cry loudly and disturb the other diners, which never helps anyone. But it's OK. Now I really want to try again just with potato chips. Should I? It's nice to hear your voice, BTW.Β π
