(Bonus points to anyone who gets that very obscure reference in the title)

Not the worst "office" in which to reignite one's creativity! This is right outside the building I live in. There's a pizza place and a little bakery on the first floor, and I discovered that the bakery has a power outlet on the outside wall, so I figured I'd try to see

There's a word in your title I use daily and weekly Creative. I've used my creativity in my house making a office quest bedroom. I've used my creativity in some outdoor home improvement projects. The shity American economy has shut me down on my back deckΒ  project I'm loving and can't wait to compete and share. I have a sliding door in my kitchen, I've always wanted a nice deck I can walk out onto from my kitchen. Being a home owner comes with yard maintenance and the summer's heat and humidity is miserable in Kentucky. That word Creative got me thinking my friend I need a outdoor shower on my new deck.

I used to travel for work & always tried to find spots like that to wind down & finish up paperwork, Starbucks in southern states often had nice outdoor areas with comfy seating & wifi!

How is everybody doing here in SG land?

Personally, I've had some good days, some bad days, and some busy days. Enough to keep me so preoccupied that I didn't think to do the usual weekend kickoff post yesterday. So I'm doing it today instead!

Last weekend, I attended the aforementioned Sexhibition event. I was supposed to be there both on Friday and Saturday, but...

A slightly late blog post today, as I've been busy reading all day, in addition to preparing for this weekend, as I'm heading to Oslo, Norway's capital city!

Every August, there is an event called Sexhibition; the biggest Nordic erotic convention. It's been going on for decades by now, but I was able to attend for the first time last year, and I absolutely did...

That sounds like an incredible time! That's really awesome that they offer so much including sex therapists. Looking forward to your next blog!
ojtheviking:
@teva Yeah, it's really popular over here. This year was their 30th anniversary! Must be the pagans in us who love to feel liberated 🀘🏻

Well, whaddayaknow? Another Friday has crept up on us like a predator pouncing on its prey! ...then again, that sounds like a negative thing. It's more like coming home, somewhat tired from the week, and as you turn on the lights, Friday jumps out from behind the couch, throwing confetti at your face, blowing a party horn, and yelling, "Surprise!"

Do tell, friends, how has...

Doing this tonight! Yesterday, I was given a gift card to a movie theater as a birthday gift in advance. Couldn't have asked for more perfect timing since Alien: Romulus premieres today!

ojtheviking:
@jozsef I wouldn't be surprised if there was a porn parody with the slogan, "In space, no one can hear you cream."

Remember, if you can, to spend some more time outside before the summer is over.

This week has been somewhat less eventful than last week, but frankly, that's okay too. Maybe it's the fact that I'm getting old, but the calmer days have done me good, enabling me to recharge after a bunch of physical activity.

I do plan to go on a hike tomorrow, though, with my sister. She's bringing a dog that she's watching currently, so we'll probably...

It would seem that my little Wheel of Book Title Fortune is determined to have me read series after series lately. There was the supernatural series featuring Dr. Greta Helsing; then the Norwegian series featuring Agnes Tveit; my previous read - The Dead Take the A Train - was technically part 1 of a duology; and now we've landed on another Norwegian crime series by
