I went to the gym today and every jerkoff in the known universe showed up because of their sure-to-be-forgotten-by-February resolution of getting in shape by summer. I go because I have really high hereditary cholestoral. I don't wanna die of a heart attack, so I basically opperate out of irrational fear. Not sure what that says about my character, but oh well.

So I had to wait for an elliptical, which made me feel like the token "gym creep" who just stands around and watches people.

I finally got one and because I'm a masochist, I watched Fox News. I don't mind conservative view points as long as they're honest. They are anything but "fair and balanced." That channel should just be 24 hours of Alan Colmes fighting for his life in a snake pit while the Star Spangled Banner plays.

Oh yeah, so uh, 2007 aye?

Resolutions? I prefer to call them Goals.

-Attaining a rehearsal lockout for my band.
-Recording a descent sounding album.
-Get me one of them new fangled women folk.
-Finally get my long overdue AA
-Finish a graphic novel script.

Because life is life, I know that not all my plans will go according to plan. I will adjust accordingly and proceed to the best of my ability.
