First you need to get some piano wire. Then get a length of rope longer than the piano wire. Next tie the piano wire around your head. Make sure that it is secure and over your neck so the only bones in the way are those of your spine, and not your collarbone. Next tie the rope around your ankles ... once again make sure to use a good solid knot.

Now hopefully you have set yourself up at the top of a tall building. You tie both the rope and the piano wire to the building.
