SO I had an awkward conversation with my mom! I am pretty close to my mom so I like to tell her things but I had to withhold some information about the set on the 29th (I mostly wanted her to know where I am just in case something happens)...so it went like this:
Me: So remember how I was talking about modeling?
Mom: kind of....not really, remind me.
Mee: oh...well I kind of want to model more for fun!
Mom: well you are very photogenic.
me: exactly...so (lie start) I have this friend from school that models and I was talking to her about modeling and she said that she had a shoot on the 29th and that I should come with her.
Mom: *silence for a while* How much are you going to get paid? (she is a business woman to the end)
Me: well if it gets picked up we would get $500.
Mom: What is it being used for? I want to see the contract and the website it is going to go up on...you do know that you are selling your image...
Me: I know...it's for tattoos (I didn't know what else to say)
Mom: *uber silence* (she hates my tattoo) then you should get more money.
Me: why?
Mom: because it is unique, the more unique the shoot is the more you can charge for it.
Me: um, okay...I'll see what I can do (
derp) I don't know all about it yet so I will look into it.
Mom: just make sure to send me the contract or have a lawyer friend see it. I just worry about you.
Me: I know. I'll tell you more when I find it out.
So yeah...that was a fail attempt at lying. I should have known she knows all about model stuff since she worked for an advertising company
*headdesk* Now I don't know what to tell her...any suggestions?? I hate lying but she wouldn't understand this!
so yeah *sigh* fun stuff... Anyway...not much else to say! I'm going to buy new bra and panties for the set! I am so excited about it! Narada_ is really awesome so I am super excited!
Also my new roommate is moving in Friday! woo! not that any of you know her but I am still excited...she is super cool and cute
