Yeah, I don't see how that makes the pirates ride more pc either... I always remembered that scene in that ride when the pirates are chasing the ladies around and around in obvious circles; and then the punchline one where the lady's got a rolling-pin and she's chasing the terrified pirate around and around as the very last one... I guess they must have put the "booze and food" stuff in since the last time I visited Disneyland (of course it's been over a year since I've been there so that's not unlikely) because i remember seeing that the last time i went, and that time's being the only time in my life where the thought of sexual harassment (etc.) ever even crossed my mind in my life with regards to that particular item in disneyland... sigh.. how the innocence of childhood abandons us...
