Allo,
More days without sleep, following days with only three hours tops. If I keep this up, I should be pretty sick by the weeks end (just in time for the wedding on Saturday).
Today I hung out with an old fling named Lisa, The trick was trying not to look at her in that way, which isn't easy with the way she conducts herself. I did alright though, not even a hug was shared. We went to the one Hlaf Price Books that neither of us had been to yet. I picked up fifteen books she got four. Time was very limited and the whole get together was very impersoanl and rushed. Five of my fifteen books were Vonnegut's I didn't have and she bought two Vonnegut's on my recommendation (Cat's Cradle and Hocus Pocus).
I just barely made it home in time to meet up with my girl and get her kid for babysitting tonight. I have Epiphany from one thirty to ten thirty. This will be a very long day based on how little sleep I have. I also might not get much if any tonight either, as I might have jury duty at eight in the morning. Arrgghh!!
Oh yeah, I am missing the Dismemberment Plan live tonight.
When I found my mail pile, there was only two things, one of which was a notice from unemployment saying they were lowering my check amounts because of the new quarter. The second was a much nicer thing to open, it was the book I had won off of ebay for three bucks: Hobo by Eddy Joe Cotton.
I have errands to run, so cheers.
Noise:
Damien Jurado "Matinee"
The Unseen "Social Security"
Tim Easton "Poor Poor L.A."

Not enough time to read my journal, huh? Well nyah! I'm not reading yours either! I'm just gonna say hi and leave a kiss!
brokenalice:
Your girl's kid's name is Epiphany? Wow, that's one I've never heard before...
