Heading home to KC for the weekend. I really wish I could have skipped Easter stuff altogether, but we're also celebrating my Dad's and sister's birthdays. And I have an interview for an internship, one that would probably be really good for me. But that means I'm leaving tonight--even more suckiness 
I'll see Shelly probably tomorrow night, and hopefully that will entail some partying. We'll see...I can hope.
Oh, and I attended a conference at OU about gay marriages, and I was pleased with the liberal panel and very good discussion. I came away with a few more sharpened arguments to better fight the enemy. (J/k....but kinda not really)

as for why i dont use or eat animal products its simple. I cnat bring myself to eat something i can have a realtionship with. I love animals and dont see why we are treating them as if they are nothing, and also acting as if the world was made for humans and that we controll it (ie corporate farming and such) Nothing needs to suffer in order for me to be happy.

and if you have it in you, cost and convienience wont matter, so maybe its not your time, or it is and you havent gotten over the fact that you will have to sacrifice.
