had my first monthly review, and from what my sup. had to say, I'm doing better than I thought I was here. The only thing he said I needed improvement in was not being thorough enough in cleaning up the kitchen after I serve our residents their meals. Which out of all the things that go on here, isn't a big deal at all. I'm feeling like I'm starting to handle this job pretty well, actually. ANd I'm a lot less worried about burnout or going nuts from stress than I was when I got back from Burning Man. so things are looking up. And since I pulled some strings and traded a shift with someone a few weeks back, I have this Sunday free for the big Burning man decompression party in the City. yay!
