Okay so I seem to have a difficult time lately sleeping before my overnight, I have 3 fri into-sat sat- into sun and sun into-mon. I try to go to sleep at 6 or 7 at night. Even though I have only slept a couple hours after I get home and I am exhausted I can't seem to get to sleep! I am not trying to take a drink before bed or use my anxiety pill (xannax). So if anyone knows any sleep aides that might work so I can get at least 4 hours of sleep yeah that would be AMAZING. I wake up at 11. I am pretty sluggish and take 15 minutes to get awake lol. Thank you!

Good luck! I've tried everything myself...to no avail. Sleeping problems suck!

Melatonin's definitely the best option, but it never worked for me. Only sleep aid I've had luck with is booze, and I try to avoid that every night for obvious reasons.
