So.
It's 9pm and I'm done. Cleaned the house... again. I think, once I'm rich, I'll be having a maid come and clean up after us. The sad part is that I'm so good and quick at cleaning, yet I always put it off... Until I have either: a) Nothing else to do, of b) an insatiable urge to straighten. Today happened to be the former, but I've been known to go off on my own and clean for the satisfaction of completing something, too. After all, a good half my projects never get done.
So anyway, the house is clean. Except for those dishes.
I realize I'm not terribly good at making myself sound interesting, but that's life for ya.
On the other hand, I watched/listened to Mudvayne's DVD while I cleaned, and I gotta say, they're the best new band to have come out in a long time. Well, Mudvayne and Staind. And the sound guy Mudvayne used for this concert/DVD is something else, too. Sound guys have the most important, least-recognized job in the industry. Unless, of course, you're too cool to listen to mainstream music, in which case it doesn'tmatter if you sound good or not, because it's not cool to sound too good. Then you might *gasp* pick up a lucrative contract and get paid well to do something you love.
I'm going to pull a no-no and skip out of town this weekend, even though I'm technically on duty, to go with Heather to meet Emily. I'm sure I'll be all jittery and nervous at first, but I think things are going to go well. And I can't wait. Even though we're not actually going to get, ahem, "physical," I'm excited anyway. Go figure. And Heather seems to share my enthusiasm, if not necessarily as much.
Eh. Now I'm listening to Mudvayne. I'd give my left arm to be able to play like Ryan, but if I did that I couldn't play like him, so it's a moo point. Grrr... I guess I'll just have to keep plugging away at much easier songs... Until I can catch up. Once upon a time...
Mike called a little while ago, to find out where the closest liquor store is. Kaci has a few extra bucks laying around and wants some rum.
Kaci just turned 18 a few months ago. She can't even go in the store with him.
Now that's funny.
He also borrowed another $20 from me. Poor guy, he doesn't want to move on the refinance, but he's far more broke he should be. And she's pressuring him to move out on their own. I'd feel sorry for him, if I were nicer, but I know he's going to have to put his foot down eventually... Maybe he'll grow up a little out of the experience.
Hmmm... what else to write? I dunno. No more deep philosophical ideas or mundane blabbering... I'll just consider this entry done.

Today was fun. We should do that more often
