I fully understand where you are at. Years ago my boss had a cat that was old, he would always run when I walked into the room. The last few days before he and his family left for vacation the cat would just look up and do nothing. I was house sitting and after taking them to the airport the cat took a turn for the worse.

i am so sorry for you and your kid. i've always been one to spot loose dogs and pull over and try to keep traffic from hitting them. hopefully she will make a full recovery. and if it is just an eye... just know that dogs adapt really well and can get by mostly with sense of smell. good luck.

I didn't know that you worked some place else. I really need to go back and read the old post I missed when I was gone. I thought you worked at the old place. I stopped by when I was in VA and pratically just stared at our waitress. Normally I would have words to accompany such a gratutious glance, but she was hot enough to leave me speachless. the only thing I could manage to do was utter some half-sentences and visually grope her. I was seriously not one of the "cool kids" that day. If I would have know you worked at a new place I would have stopped by.
