Perhaps I'm easily pleased, but the fact that I've switched from bass to guitar in Constance had made me really, really happy. The fact that the band's back to life after a long break doesn't hurt, either. I don't remember being this thrilled about the band since I joined it, and I'm picking up the guitar parts pretty quickly. The less time I take learning them, the sooner we can bring in a bass player and I can teach the parts to whoever ends up filling my old slot.

I got my Boss Metal Zone pedal in the mail today, and after tweaking a few settings, I have perfect metal tone. Holy shit - it's brought my amp to life. I can't wait to use it onstage.

Also... does anyone else find it strange that a bartender, of all people, takes offense to the word 'fuck?' Time for a new job, perhaps?
