It snowed!!!
I worked at Wanna B's last night, and it was sort of snowing on the way in. By about midnight, the cars were covered. By the time we all quit drinking and talking and finally left, which wound up being about 4:30am, most of it was gone. But... there was plenty left for the snowball fight
I love snow.
Work was great. I made twice last night what I made on my best night at OG in four years, and I make enough there regularly to think that it wasn't a rare occurance. I had a lot of fun, the people were awesome. They were there for a birthday, and the girls (in their late twenties, early thirties) were super tickled that I carded them (mua ha ha, I'm good.) I ran around like a psycho keeping up with them all night (there was about thirty of them, all seperate checks), but made a ton.
...and then there was snow!! Life is good.
Not much else in life is new. Got two new snakes that I haven't posted pics of yet. One of them is Kalseru, a gorgeous high-yellow Jungle Carpet Python:
Isn't she pretty? I just love her.
She's also the only one good enough to sit still for pictures, ha ha, so no pics of the other one yet. He's a fast little bugger!! He's a pure bred Coastal, gorgeous clean markings and an amazing deal... fifty dollars on craigslist, including his fifty gallon breeder tank, huge rock water bowl, hidey-hole rock, two heat lamps with bulbs, lamp stand, and the decorations. Easily two or three hundred dollars of stuff. He's little too, him and Kalseru came to me at about the same times, so I named them after dragon-serpants of Australia's Dreamtime. The Coastal's name is Galeru. I promise pics soon
I need to post pics of my older carpet Naga, too. He's getting so big!! He's half-way to adult now, and his color is amazing. I can't wait to see what his babies will look right (five years from now, ha ha. Unless I find an adult I like as much as Kalseru next year.)
The bearded dragon baby, Fafnir, is also getting huge. He has gotten a pudgy little beardy belly, and he licks my fingers when he's excited that I'm putting food in his bowl
I love my critters!!
My guy is sleeping after a long midnight shift, and my bestest-roommate in the whole world bought me the new Spyro, so I'm off to get lost in a video game for a while
Hope you all are well
