Aw
Thanks for all the birthday wishes, you guys rock.
So, vacation was very nice. I spent a week up in gorgeous Vermont, in the most ridiculously cool house ever. It had five stories, five bedrooms, a hot tub, a sauna, and a huge collection of books (which, if you're me... was really cool.) I slept in the loft, which was the bed on the very very very top of the house. I could literally look down to the tops of the trees outside my window as I lay in bed at night. Sitting in the hot tub at night on the deck over-looking the ravine... that was paradise.
After Vermont, NeuroticTim and I went down to Florida. So nice
We spent a couple weeks lounging around the pool and relaxing, which was definitely needed.
It was a lot of driving (17 hours to Vermont and back, and 14 to Florida and back
) but, it was worth every cooped up minute.
Nothing too exciting other than that... I got a completely unexpected forty dollar tip today, I even counted it four times because I didn't believe it.
I also found a nifty spin ring with little lizards on it, ha ha, too cute.
...had more regulars come in and complain about me not being there for two weeks, that makes me smile
That's about it. I'm sitting here with Naga waiting on food, so I'll see you guys around![biggrin](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/biggrin.b730b6165809.gif)

That's a big house. I don't think I have ever been in a 5 story home.... Doesn't that qualify it as a building?
Vermont and then Florida, huh? Sounds nice. I just took 6 days off for my b-day and sat my lazyass down on the couch for a few days and then went to a cabin in KY. Vacations rock. I've never been to Vermont, but I've always really wanted to go. Being a bleeding-heart liberal, that's kind of our Mecca (that and SF).
