Now before you go off shaming me, as is the usual treatment I recieve when I let someone know I've never seen Star wars, let me premise this blog by explaining that I've always been a fantasy girl. Instead of my Dad showing me star wars at a young age, I was introduced to Chronicles of Narnia, then as I got older the Lord of the Rings series, and my personal favorite Monty Python.
I understand it doesn't account for the full 22 years I went without watching it, but Sifi was just never my thing. Well, until now.
This last sick day I've spent watching episodes I, II, III, and am part way through IV and have got to say, I'm kicking myself for not watching these earlier.
The rush I felt watching the pod races in episode I, and reminiscing on playing the Nintendo 64 pod racing game was almost overwhelming. That game was so spot on.
I really never thought I would say this, but I'm jumping aboard this Star Wars bandwagon..it's just to good not too.
Anyways..I'm off to smoke this bowl and continue watching Episode IV, hope your Mondays been as phenomenal as mine!
