So I'm on day 1 of at least a couple of weeks off work. We've all been sent home, (on full pay thank goodness,) to help curb coronavirus. I know some people will get a bit stir crazy or cabin-fevery, but not me. I'm a happy little homebody. An introvert with a reason to stay home. It doesn't get better than this.
I have lots to keep me occupied. I have several books that I've started and a list as long as my arm that I've bought and have yet to start. I have the Witcher 3 that I'm not that far into & I've also just bought and started Divinity Original Sin 2, which so far is awesome. I've also got loads of other games to play if I so choose.
Also, I have my new podcast:
I've started a D&D discussion/learning/tips show called:
We're up to episode 3 with a fourth due out in 2 days time, usually posting a new episode every 2 weeks. Episode 1 is a general intro to D&D from a new player's viewpoint, Episode 2 is about being a DM for the first time and episode 3 sets the format going forward, with the following sections:
Off To The Races - Discussions about a particular race. EP3 starts with Dragonborn.
You So Classy! - Class discussion and tips. Ep3 covers Barbarians
Background Check - tips for roleplaying backgrounds. Ep3 looks at the Urchin.
Monster Menagerie - Starting with with the Aaron A. Aaronson of D&D monsters, the Aarakocra!
Lore Academy - Interesting Lore from the D&D multiverse. Ep3 looks into the Spellplague.
The Infamous - Legendary characters. This episode: Tymora, goddess of good luck!
I'm also on INSTAGRAM, where I post most often and include art & other stuff, and on TWITTER.
Anyone who's into D&D, give it a listen, and/or recommend it to someone you know who is.
Right, back to writing the script for episode 4. (Out on Friday!)
