This one was more conceptual in nature, (I always hate using that word, since that episode of Spaced.) hence the bodypaint. Anyway, the first shot came out pretty much as I'd envisaged it, which was nice. I was great to do a shoot to my own design, although I did steal the lighting setup from Peter Hurley for the first one and Joel Grimes for the second.
I would love to shoot more sets for SG, but finding models is currently proving tough, finding the time when schedules align, even harder. Oh well, I'm dropping a day at work, so from 21st Feb, I'll actually get 2 days off a week! Hopefully those days will be set too, so I can actually plan stuff.
We've now got a date for my daughter's surgery. I can't remember if I posted about it before, but she is registered as disabled. She has water on the brain and struggles to walk, partly due to that, (we think,) and partly due to her being hypermobile in a lot of her joints, a lot of which she gets from me. Anyway, she should just be in overnight on the 26th, and out the next day, but it's still the scariest thing I've ever encountered in my 40 years.
Hope Y'all are well.
