I can't stop myself from celebrating the victory by the Red Sox.
And, I love the New Yorker. The editors collectively wrote a comment (a very long comment) on the evils of Bush & Dick, the good, honest nature of John Kerry, the horrible decisions made by the Supreme Court, etc. If the Red Sox can do it, John Kerry can.
I don't have Halloween pix yet, but I'll get them soon. I show up for my 2nd party, say "hey!!" to everyone saying "hey!!!" to me, then walk up to a chick and say, "what are you dressed up as, an '80s queen?", to which she replied, "Not yet." whoopsy daisy, had a few too many before saying that bit of genius. What did you guys dress up as? I'm getting too old for this shit, I'm pretty sure we left parties by midnight or 1 am, I had had enough.
The weirdest thing happens to me out here. If it is the slightest bit chilly, I get all angry that it's cold. And, since I don't want to be angry or cold, I just think, "hey, if I was in Boston right now, it'd be a beautiful day out ," and that makes me feel warm and momentarily happy. Mind over matter.
