Chili !!!!!! For all those that don't understand New Mexico Chili I don't know how I'm going to explain it to you but here it goes....... NM chili is like nothing you can get anywhere else. Sorry Texas I know you try but that shit with beans you call chili just ain't cutting it. Arizona......Don't even think you can come close and as far as Southern Cali is concerned, Jalapenos are not green chili. It is proven that NM Green Chili is addictive and right now I'd kill for a burrito from Frontier.
The reason that NM green chili is so unique is due to the climate and the soil. Very much like the grapes of a fine wine in Napa valley or the hills of Italy and France NM green chili is a product of it's unique environment.
In the Fall, just about every city's street corner market is roasting chili and it smells great!!!!
The green chili goes great in burgers, pizza and just about anything you can put it on. To give an Idea of how popular it is McDonalds, Subway, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Burger KIng all add green chili to their products if requested
Chili is either Red or Green. you can have it poured all over your breakfast burrito or have it chopped and served on your burger what ever you fancy. I can't describe to you exactly what or how awsome it is but your just going to have to take a trip to the 505 and try it for yourself......
