I'm so proud of myself! Over the past few months I've found a love in baking bread. There's just something about the smell and taste of homemade bread that can't be beaten, and kneading the dough yourself relieves alot of tension. Last night I tried a recipe I had made before but had to tweek it because last time it was too dense. It not only came out perfect it's the best bread I have made yet! I'm already feeling 10x better than I was. My concerns have really been heard and things are really being done to make a change.
