That thing happened again, while I was in the shower. That thing where I'm doing something and I suddenly get so dizzy I can't see and I start turning around without noticing and I try to find a way out but can't and I feel like I'm going to vomit and I can't think properly and my head is one massive jumble of run-on sentences. It's never happened as intensely as it did today, though. I couldn't stand up anymore. I half-assedly washed my hair and fell out of the shower, onto the floor, and didn't get up for about five minutes trying to get my bearings. I've never had the shakes after one of these dizzy spells, either, nor a headache.

Your problem could be stress, but the headache and the nausea are brain tumor and hemorrhage symptoms. I'd still advise a doctor's visit. Your problem might be nothing, or it might be deadly.
