gigs, work, gigs, beer...so whats new? ![wink](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/wink.6a5555b139e7.gif)
Friday went and saw SICK OF IT ALL with my partner-in-crime Jackie. was a nice sedate evening as we both decided to sit at the front of the balcony and watch the chaos in comfort!
Support was from the awesome Walls Of Jericho, Terror and Madball - who went on a bit too long for my liking. Sick Of It All fucking ruled though. they are such an awesome live band. insanely entertaining - and with an incredible aresnal of songs.
They never disappoint...and once it was over, noone was actually able to stop me and Jac "OI OI OI-ing" down Kentish Town high st as we went home.![biggrin](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/biggrin.b730b6165809.gif)

had to work saturday morning, which was no biggie. took my stereo in and listed to The Stray Cats, much to my boss's delight. i think he was pleased he came in too - i don't think he'd heard any Stray Cats stuff since he saw them in 1980!![biggrin](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/biggrin.b730b6165809.gif)
rest of saturday was taking up with wandering around london with my buddy Chris, drinking far too much beer and eating the best burgers ever.
went and saw NEW FOUND GLORY at the Astoria, and once again, decided the balcony would be a good bet. got right to the front, which was cool - and also kept the annoying kids away. i swear i was the second oldest there!![eeek](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/eek.c88c4a705be2.gif)
NFG were amazing as well - been seeing them for years now, and i know most people dismiss them as crappy generic pop punk, but they are always consistently excellent live, and this was no exception. they also played a cracking setlist, made up of mainly oldies and classic tracks, so it was a shout-along kinda night!![biggrin](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/biggrin.b730b6165809.gif)

ended up back at The Ship for more beer, where we met up with Mck, who came along to the pub to hang out with us for the aborted "Whatever Happened To The London Meets" meet...![wink](https://dz3ixmv6nok8z.cloudfront.net/static/img/emoticons/wink.6a5555b139e7.gif)
i think a quiet sunday is in order!

Oh I went to see NFG last Tuesday and they did indeed rock the disco! I'm so glad they are still good live!
