I've been stuck on The Shins for the last day or so, especially "Kissing the Lipless". I love it when I listen to something and all the good influences just jump out at me.

So I had a talk with the lady friend:



Looks like we won't be seeing each other anymore. Take a big guess, yep, she says I spent to much time playing/making/writing music. So much for another cool girl. This seems to be an epidemic.

Oh well, fuck it, that's what I always say.

so, um, what are you doin tonight? wanna go grab a drink? Smoke cigarettes under the cool night sky? Maybe take in a few smiles?
